Exceptional Service · Elevated Results
After graduating from Western Kentucky University, Roni Stek’s journey carried her from the skies as a Flight Attendant in Pittsburgh to the vibrant city of Las Vegas, which she has proudly called home since 2005. Her diverse background—including years as a professional Poker Dealer—taught her adaptability, intuition, and precision, qualities she now brings to every real estate experience.
Specializing in luxury marketing, buyer representation, military relocation, second homes, and senior housing, Roni delivers concierge-level service tailored to each client. With advanced designations and a people-first approach, she ensures buying or selling a home feels exciting, not overwhelming - making the journey as seamless as the results are exceptional.
Outside of real estate, Roni is always up for adventure—whether sailing (her greatest passion), hiking, camping, cooking, or cheering on her favorite teams. Most of all, she treasures time with her husband, family, and friends, embracing life with energy and enthusiasm. For her, Las Vegas is more than a market - it’s a lifestyle she loves helping her clients discover.
The process was very nice and smooth with her and Ms. Irene, they work so good together. They're always so helpful and understanding. The best part of it all and most important was they're honesty and the hard work that they both put in. Best Team Ever!. I will forever be grateful for helping my mom making this process so easy for her. Yes! I will always recommend them to anyone for realtor needs. Thank you for your time
Roni made the purchasing of my new home so stress-free. She was quick to identify homes that were in my geographical area and had the amenities that I wanted. She was very responsive and communicative from our initial contact until after closing. Roni is extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. She went above and beyond to help me find my happy place! I recommend her whether you are buying or selling; she is TOP NOTCH!
Roni Stek is the best! She is professional, communicative, responsive, available, proactive, and willing to listen. My husband and I highly recommend her.We met Roni at an open house in Henderson, Nevada in May 2022. My husband and I were on a fact finding trip to the Vegas area--thinking about moving to the area in 2024 from California. From the get go Roni was willing to talk to us about local real estate plus she said if you provide me your email and phone number, she'd get us set up so we could receive email updates on houses for sale based on our criteria. That same evening she sent us the link to create an online account to receive emails with houses for sale. She was very proactive and willing to help us even though we had not hired her yet. After the May trip, we asked Roni to update our criteria based on some locations we liked so we could focus more on these areas. We returned to the Vegas area in September 2022 for a second fact finding trip. We contacted Roni and she said she would set up some appointments for us to view houses. We met with Roni and toured a few houses to get a feel for what type of house we'd get for different price points. We scheduled our next fact finding trip for early May 2023 and let Roni know we'd be coming to town. She said let her know what houses we wanted to see and she'd set up some tours, which she did. We were at the second house on the list and both my husband and I knew we found the house we wanted--it checked all the boxes for us. We knew we had to make an offer, which was accepted.Roni was great throughout the whole process. She kept us informed at every step in the process, sending us all the documents as needed on DocuSign and was a conduit with all the players involved in purchasing the house. We closed on June 7! We are so thankful we found Roni and she was willing to work with us. Thank you, Roni!
