Tricia was awesome. Spent a full day with my son and me looking at places, made a bid that didn't work out (not her fault at all), and spent a second full day with my wife and daughter in law. We actually made an offer on (and now own) a house first found on line, without actually seeing it, and based on our complete trust/confidence in Tricia to be a set of eyes and ears for us & to let us know whether we should proceed or not. We are as happy as we can be with the house.
