Tricia was very responsive, consistently pleasant and patient. It was a pleasure working with her. She was quite knowledgeable of our specific market and worked effectively with us to optimize the sale price. She scheduled numerous open houses and brought the photographer to our home 4 times until the photographs were to our satisfaction. She maintained contact with us throughout the process and provided feedback promptly from all of those who visited our home. She suggested appropriate price reductions, as the market had softened.
She has a extreme knowledge of Las Vegas and Henderson area real estate market. When searching for properties she was able to provide us information in detail such as, demographic, crime rate, value of surrounding properties, businesses, supermarkets etc.
Tricia was awesome. Spent a full day with my son and me looking at places, made a bid that didn't work out (not her fault at all), and spent a second full day with my wife and daughter in law. We actually made an offer on (and now own) a house first found on line, without actually seeing it, and based on our complete trust/confidence in Tricia to be a set of eyes and ears for us & to let us know whether we should proceed or not.
