I am so glad that we found Necia to help us buy our home! We were new to Nevada so had no idea about the neighborhoods around town or the state real estate laws. She spent several days with my family looking at homes (19 in total) until we found the home of our dreams. From the time we were ready to make an offer to the time we closed on the house, she was very clear about what we should expect throughout the process. Even when things got bumpy, she was so calm and provided sound advice to make sure we got what we needed to close on time. Following the closure on the house, she continues to be supportive by reaching out to see if there is anything she can do to help with our transition to Las Vegas. I cannot recommend Necia enough!

It was truly a pleasure working with Necia. I would like to state the reasons for each response above.Local knowledge - Her knowledge of how the county recording process works was very helpful and insightful. Process expertise - The congratulations email explaining the schedule/deadlines for the accepted offer was VERY helpful. I referred to it often to make sure I was meeting expectations of the agreement. She is very well versed in how the mortgage process works. Keeping all of the parties on tract to closing (offer was contingent on me selling my home). She is very keen on the title company process, staying on top of that.Responsiveness - She made herself available at all times by phone or text. I felt bad for contacting her so much, but she was always graceful about it with a smile. She even helped me unload my u-haul :)Negotiation skills - Necia came through for me in this tough market, as I offered the same price as another perspective buyer. She suggested I offer to pay the Real Estate transfer tax for the seller. I think that was the difference maker. She helped in negotiations for some of the sellers patio furniture. Negotiated to have my things put in the garage before being recorded. I couldn't be happier with the service I received.
