I have spent most of my work life as an attorney, representing management in labor and employment law matters in many different locations all over the U.S. As an attorney, I learned the necessity of devoting myself to my clients’ needs and wants, as well as the need to perform my duties to these clients in an ethical manner. Moreover, because of the nature of my practice, I became very proficient in the art of negotiation.
During my lifetime, I have lived and worked in many places in the United States. In addition, I also lived in Barcelona, Spain for over two years. Similarly, I have a very international family, with one of my children living in Mexico and another in Japan. All of this combined has enabled me to be able to deal effectively with people coming from diverse backgrounds.

Stuart has been our agent in several transactions over the last couple of years, deftly handling each transaction's particular challenges. He recently guided us through our purchase of a condo in a new development. It took a year to build and close, and Stuart was with us every step of the way. Stuart Cohen was instrumental in steering a successful outcome in both a purchase and a sale of rental properties for us in the Henderson area in late 2020. Using our sketchy, yet demanding guidelines, he first showed us a house in Sun City Anthem that was a turn-key gem in a very hot slice of the market. The house was, IMHO, a property at the top of its class among the several comps that he was willing to show us, if he had not hit the exact mark with the first one. We made an offer on the spot. His knowledge and understanding of the market made a real difference in assuring that our bid was the winning bid, though it was below asking.The sale property is a condo, for which we accepted an offer within 18 hours of listing, at the highest price ever paid for that particular model in a large community (Avalon @ Seven Hills).We wish Stuart every success.
