Li' Shey Johnson

Ms. Johnson is a highly competent, poster sharp, enthusiastic sales driven person. Li’ Shey was in the Hotel Industry as the Director of Events and Catering.  

Li’ Shey has outstanding managerial skills demonstrate consistent stellar performance leadership and mentorship. Li’ Shey strives to excel in a tough and competitive market and recognizes hidden motivation of customers while providing innovative insight to customers to ensure complete satisfaction.  Li’ Shey, herself is confidence and has initiative skills to allow her strong ability to set and enforce standards, making her an exceptional leader. Li’ Shey’s leadership skills allow her to excel as a professional at work and as well as in the community.  

Li’ Shey is actively involved in numerous community groups serving in various positions ranging from a motivational speaker to event facilitator. Mentoring is a strong and viable part of her life. Li’ Shey is the founder of American Businesswomen Association 2012, Las Vegas Chapter and the Founder- President of Heart and Soul Hospitality CDC (501c3). Li’ Shey freely gives her time, expertise and experience.

Prior to relocating to Las Vegas, NV- Li’ Shey worked for Morgan Stanley and was transferred to the Las Vegas Summerlin Office.  

Li’ Shey was also a license realtor in California from 07-1995 / 07- 2005. License number: S01192870 and prior to that, she worked for National Pacific Mortgage as a loan closer (underwriter)!
