We want to provide a very positive and non solicited review of Nicole Sullivan who is a real estate professional in Las Vegas, Nevada and who is affiliated with Coldwell Banker Premier Realty of Nevada. Nicolle came to attention in order to sell one of our properties here in Las Vegas as a reference from a neighbor who had great success enlisting her real estate agent services. Immediately after we explained to Nicole our objective for selling our property, she wasted not time or effort in inspecting our property and a week later and right before Thanksgiving, our property was list for sale. A week later she held and manage an entire open house weekend where many potential buyers inspected the property.
