I’m Joy Ann Harris, a Las Vegas REALTOR® who brings heart, hustle, and humor to every home journey. A proud Nevada resident for over 35 years and a licensed agent since 2012, I offer clients the kind of seasoned insight that only comes from living and serving in this community through every market season.

My path to real estate wasn’t textbook—it was personal. Years ago, I became an agent after losing my own earnest money deposit due to poor representation, and I’ve been determined ever since to protect others from the same mistakes. That experience shook me, but it also lit a fire. I became an agent to make sure no one else in my world would be left in the dark, let alone out of pocket, in one of life’s most important transactions.

With a strong foundation in banking, the discipline of U.S. Army service, and a genuine love for helping others thrive, I guide buyers and sellers with clarity, care, and just the right dose of wit—because real estate doesn’t have to be overwhelming.

From assisting families navigating financial challenges to empowering first-time buyers and longtime homeowners, I combine structure, service, and strategy in every relationship. My approach is consultative, not transactional—focused on helping people make confident decisions about their future, not just their property.

Backed by the trusted tools and global network of Coldwell Banker Premier Realty, I bring a high-touch, high-integrity mindset to everything I do. Whether I’m helping a local family find the right fit or referring a client to a trusted partner across the country or around the world, my mission stays the same: To serve with excellence—one move, one solution, one family at a time.
