My wife and I were shopping for our first home and needed to find something asap, as our lease was up in December. So we went through Loan Depot, who, in return, connected us to Jason! In all honesty, our home-buying experience would not have gone as smoothly if we did not have Jason as our realtor. With his advice, we got back seller credit towards buying down our rate, and we closed early. In addition, he was always available to answer every question we had and worked with our schedules to show us houses. Jason was great and stuck with us in finding our new home. We had SO many rejections on our ever so many offers but he was patient with us and we finally found a house we can make a home. His experience also showed through the entire process, he was knowledgeable of the areas as well and encouraged us to open our search radius which was a great idea. Above & Beyond Jason Garcia is one of the nicest, down to earth and most professional realtor that you will ever meet. You feel like you are being treated the way a family member in the business would treat you. I moved here to Las Vegas from the Midwest, and of course was doing my home search online. Jason, although we had never even met, never hesitated to take time out of his busy day to go and check out potential properties for me. Not only that, he also didn’t mind when I inquired if I could have a best friend accompany him so that I could have two prospective views on the properties. When I eventually came to Vegas to view my prospects, I felt like I already knew Jason. He already had a clear understanding of what I liked, but even allowed me to see properties that I thought I might like (which is what a good realtor does). It was a very good experience working with Jason. In particular, due to Covid19 and my inability to visit properties before bidding, his skill with remote video touring was especially helpful for me. He captured how the various homes laid out and its pluses+minuses on video very well! Also, understanding value and getting seller credit for my closing fees was a 'winning' solution--a shrewd move against a passive listing agent. He was also very responsive to all my q's. The home is great!

This is the second time I've used the services of Mr. Garcia and the second time I've been impressed with him. He has proven himself to be reliable, trustworthy, and very knowledgeable in the investment arena. I first met Jason when he reached out to me (a tax accountant) to ask complex real estate tax questions on behalf of some of his prospective clients, meaning, he was using my services on behalf of clients that didn't even buy/sell with him yet. That spoke volumes to me. He has acted as personal twice and remains to be my go-to referral source for any of my clients who require real-estate needs and knowledge. I wouldn't put any of my clients with anyone less than the best.

Being new to the Las Vegas area, finding a realtor who had an adequate amount of local knowledge and connections was of great importance to me. Furthermore, most realtors out here won't even entertain your offers when they find out you are simply looking to sign a rental contract instead of actually purchase a home; Jason was different. He not only took the time to explain the pros and cons of the neighborhoods I was interested in, he went out of his way to drive across town to personally show them to me. Being a numbers guy, knowing what he spent for gas and figuring the possible commission he could make on a rental contract, I would venture to say that Jason may have been in the red by helping me with my rental transaction...but he helped me any way! Not only myself, but other friends of mine who have moved to the valley have sung Jason's praises. At this point, it's really a no brainer as to who I will trust to negotiate on my behalf when it comes to buying or selling a property. This guy will give you his personal phone number and is very quick to respond. Furthermore, he is not pushy like the other realtors I have met out here-- he makes recommendations and furnishes professional advice... the rest takes care of itself. After one deal with Mr. Garcia you'll have found yourself a realtor and a new friend. He really is that good!

I simply cannot say enough good things about Jason! In a nutshell, he helped my family and I make the move to Las Vegas from New York several times over the last year. First, he helped us secure a lease by visiting several places for us while we were in NY during the pandemic, and helped us negotiate the leasing process by reviewing all our documents. Shortly afterwards, my parents decided to move from New York as well, and he helped them find a place that was perfect for them, guiding them through the process quickly and efficiently, while looking out for their best interest. They were able to close in less than a month. And over the last few weeks, he helped us navigate what has to be the most competitive sellers market in Las Vegas to find us our home. Once again, he advised us on every step to take to get our offer accepted, the first offer we ever put on a house in Las Vegas! The inspection revealed some repairs that needed to be made, and he sent a repair request which was accepted by the seller in full. In just a two weeks after our offer was accepted, we were able to close. There are countless ways that Jason has expertly and patiently assisted me and my family over the last year, and we are so fortunate to be able to have found him!

I was assigned to work with Jason via a corporate relocation company. I usually prefer to select my own representative, so I was skeptical. My cynicism lasted only until my first contact with Jason... a personal telephone call. WOW! Jason is the epitome of professional. I was already working with a realtor when I contacted Jason. I needed a referral for a mortgage company that financed manufactured homes. Jason suggested a company with great reviews and followed up with me weeks later. His follow-up was at the perfect time because I was coming to the realization that my original realtor was not a good fit. I began working with Jason who was patient and informative. He never forced a property on me or tried to convince me to submit an offer that I was not financially comfortable with. We saw some interesting properties/neighborhoods but I'm now getting ready to move into my first home. In fact, Jason arrived on the property before me and called to tell me I would love it. Jason helped us out through a confusing and a very difficult home sell. He explained all that would take place as the process progressed from initial consultation to closing day. He understood the difficulties and pressures of being an active duty member and trying to complete a house sell from a different state, while being relocated to a new base and job. He responded promptly to all my questions, concerns and was detrimental to getting multiple ongoing issues taking care of with a property management that failed in delivering what they promised. He has proven himself to be reliable, trustworthy, and very knowledgeable in the investment arena. I first met Jason when he reached out to me (a tax accountant) to ask complex real estate tax questions on behalf of some of his prospective clients, meaning, he was using my services on behalf of clients that didn't even buy/sell with him yet. That spoke volumes to me.He has acted as personal twice and remains to be my go-to referral source for any of my clients who require real-estate needs and knowledge. Being new to the Las Vegas area, finding a realtor who had an adequate amount of local knowledge and connections was of great importance to me. Furthermore, most realtors out here won't even entertain your offers when they find out you are simply looking to sign a rental contract instead of actually purchase a home; Jason was different. He not only took the time to explain the pros and cons of the neighborhoods I was interested in, he went out of his way to drive across town to personally show them to me. Being a numbers guy, knowing what he spent for gas and figuring the possible commission he could make on a rental contract, I would venture to say that Jason may have been in the red by helping me with my rental transaction...but he helped me any way! Not only myself, but other friends of mine who have moved to the valley have sung Jason's praises. At this point, it's really a no brainer as to who I will trust to negotiate on my behalf when it comes to buying or selling a property. This guy will give you his personal phone number and is very quick to respond. Furthermore, he is not pushy like the other realtors I have met out here-- he makes recommendations and furnishes professional advice... the rest takes care of itself. After one deal with Mr. Garcia you'll have found yourself a realtor and a new friend. He really is that good!

Jason was more than helpful when it came to finding a house to rent for me. He asked what types of homes I was interested in and what things I thought were 'essential' to my home, and then he took the time to find me approximately 25 homes he thought I would be interested in. He showed me over ten rental properties over the course of 3 days, taking time from his busy schedule to fit my needs driving all over the valley! He was 100% informed about each rental property we went and looked at, and also works in a very professional manner. You feel like you are working with a friend to find your home, even though you just met. When I chose the home I wanted he made sure to get me everything I needed so I was able to get me my first home that I absolutely love, and was able to move in the day I permanently moved to Las Vegas. This is my first home in Vegas and when I decide to buy in two years, he will be my go to guy for buying. I HIGHLY recommend Jason for all of your real estate needs!
