Friends and family frequently tell me that I am the glue that keeps us all together. I have an incredible passion for helping others and maintaining long-lasting relationships. Even when a situation does not involve revenue or income, I still use my experience, knowledge and skill to assist people with issues they aren't able to overcome on their own.
Part of my passion for helping others stems from my experience working in social services and non-profits. I have a BA in Interpersonal Communications and started my career in social services helping low-income families and preventing homelessness. My biggest accomplishment was developing and overseeing the first YouthBuild program in Orlando Florida. The program assisted at-risk youth in obtaining their high school diploma while teaching them residential construction. The end results being a 80% graduation rate, construction of 14 homes and over 50 rehabs for elderly low-income individuals and families.
My ideal client is open and honest about their needs. They are willing to take the time for us to get to know each other before we start the process of purchasing or selling a home. You can't go wrong if you work with Jenn. Jenn Is the realtor we'd trust to sell and buy again! We changed our criteria several times during the search and she never missed a beat. All the houses she showed us were great. We could have been happy in any of them but were still clarifying what was most important to us. Once we decided on a house she was at our side to make it happen. She introduced us to a fabulous team for mortgage and closing. There were some bumps along the way -some COVID related, some not. Jenn smoothed the road at every turn and was delightfully upbeat throughout. She settled nerves and pointed out where there might be savings at closing and who to contact for a variety of services. Even after closing she has remained available and very helpful as we try to renovate and fit into community. In short, Jenn is a WONDERFUL realtor and person.

I purchased a second home in Lake Las Vegas from Jenn in November 2019. She was able to negotiate lease back to the seller for 6 months. Even though I purchased my house already she still kept in touch with me since I lived full time in WI. During one of her many follow up calls we talked about selling my house to take advantage of the hot sellers market. Not only was she there at the house for me coordinating all the workers and stagers, she negotiated a purchase price more than what I thought was possible. In the end I walked away with a $350k profit after only 1 1/2 years. I can not say enough wonderful things about Jenn. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a home in the Las Vegas area.

I went to an open house in Calico Ridge last summer. Soon after, I called the real estate agency that had that listing to discuss looking for a resale home and available property in the Henderson area. Jenn Taylor returned my call. When I first met with her, she inquired about my husband’s and my likes and dislikes, asked questions to learn more about what we expect out of a property, and took notes. What was really impressive is that the initial meeting was not the only time did this. It happened just about every time we met including her note-taking. She strives to learn more about her clients wants and needs. My husband and I are considering building a home rather than buying. Being from the Midwest, we had questions about what is involved when building in the Nevada terrain. When we went to see a lot, Jenn arranged for a contractor/developer to meet with us to answer our questions. She is client-oriented and never pushes or pressures us to make a quick decision. I highly recommend her to anyone who wants a realtor who works with you and for you, stresses the importance of getting what you want out of a property, and makes it pressure free while doing it. Being a first time home buyer, I was not entirely sure what was acceptable or what wasn't - Jenn had my back through the entire process. Jenn provided detailed information, she knew what my concerns would be and she had an answer for every one of my million questions. Jenn was always available for a phone call or text. Every time I contacted Jenn, I received a prompt response very quickly. She was great at keeping things rolling and I barely had to do any work at all, and she managed to knock off a couple grand from the asking price with ease. I can't recommend Jenn highly enough, I only spent maybe 2 hours doing my own footwork over the course of buying a place one I contacted Jenn and her team, they handled everything so all I had to do was review documents and make payments.
