Carlye was available when we needed her. She is kind, funny, warm, and honest with her clients. We appreciated that she negotiated with the seller for window blinds; we didn't even think about it when considering buying a new build, but she saved us a lot of upfront costs. The seller even offered to pay her 4%, and she graciously asked for 1% to go back to us because our agreement is 3%. She willingly gave up a couple thousand dollars. Who does that?! When everyone and their dog is going into real estate, it's hard to know who to trust. Who's in it for the money? Who actually cares about us? Well Carlye, you were trustworthy, not in it for the money, and truly cared about us. If we need a real estate agent in Clark County in the future, we are calling you!

Carlye Sandoval is the best realtor!!!! She sold our home pretty quickly, even though others were still on the market. She went above and beyond to negotiate with the new buyers, facing some hurdles on the other side of the sale, with a few difficult hoops to jump through. One was a very unique fix that involved the HOA. She went above and beyond to talk to the HOA, to learn the HOA rules, to finding the right equipment to get the roof fixed on time. She always knew a guy for every fix we needed. It was amazing. I literally ran out of energy, but Carlye worked tirelessly to meet all of the demands, making it easier for us. This was NOT an easy task for any realtor. She never complained; only had the attitude of "let's get it done" with zero quit. She is now not only our realtor but our friend. Anyone would be lucky to have her for a realtor. She is truly committed to helping 110%. Love her! Thanks so much, Carlye!

Carlye was terrific! We met her at several open houses and she showed us all around. She was a good advocate for us and helped us with extra things (like contractor referrals and such). We needed a lot since we’re new to the area and that was so helpful. She has continued to follow up even after we moved in. Go with Carlye!

Carlye is amazing! Since connecting with her back in 2022 she has been there for us throughout our whole home buying journey. We originally thought we were ready to buy and move to Las Vegas in 2023, but due to personal circumstances we had to hold off on moving forward on buying a home. Carlye has been so personable and patient with us; constantly checking in to see how you were doing and updating us on the market and available homes. She went above and beyond of what we expected of our realtor and we can’t be any more happy with the service she has provided to us. Fast forward to winter 2025 as we’re finally here! Closed on our dream home! And it’s all thanks to Carlye! She has played a vital role in keeping us updated via text, FaceTime, zoom meetings, you name it! Since we were out of state and not able to visit throughout the construction of our home, she went constantly to our construction site to do walk-through, take pictures and videos and ensured we got the best lot, views & features for our home. Carlye made sure the had a clear, timely and open communication between us and the builders t which really gave us a peace of mind. We just can’t thank Carlye enough for all her help and support!We recommend anyone looking to buy a home in Las Vegas to go with Carlyle! Carlye was such a pleasure to work with. We were in a time crunch and Carlye wasted no time in getting us headed in the right direction. She quickly provided us online access to view multiple properties within our search criteria. During the viewing of properties her input and observations were invaluable. She pointed out multiple things we might not have thought of or noticed. Carlye kept in communication with us at all times and we could always reach her by phone or text. We ultimately decided upon a move in ready home, and Carlye was right by our side through the whole process, providing guidance, knowledge, and support. The process would not have been the same without her.

I can’t say enough good things about Carlye Sandoval! As a first-time homebuyer moving from California to Nevada, I was nervous about the whole process—but Carlye made everything feel so much easier and less overwhelming. We had just moved here and did not know the areas, and she had a vast knowledge of the area and was incredibly responsive to all of my questions! I can't say enough WONDERFUL words to describe our experience with Carlye Sandoval. We have bought several homes in our lifetime and hands down, the best realtor we have come across!!!! Saying Carlye went above and beyond to make our sale as smooth as possible, is an understatement. She helped us with so many extras-I've never experienced such thoughtful steps as Carlye took. We just sold our home with Carlye, and could not be happier! Carlye was highly recommended by a friend who had used her services several times in the past. We found her to be very professional, and so friendly. We listed with her on a "coming soon" basis, and were under contract in 2 days, by someone who had viewed the home on the first day. All communication was with Carlye herself! Always available for any questions, and very thorough with the details. Everything went very well with the process, and I would not hesitate to use Carlye again in the future!

Carlye has become part of our family. I would not trust anyone else to buy or sell a home for us. She is exceptional professional and has such a kind disposition with old people. She learns fast what our likes and dislikes are and with every fiber of her being she accomplished that task. Carlye has sold two of our homes and sold us two new homes. She even came over and helped us stage our home for sale. Both homes sold in record time. We could never thank her enough for all her kindness and caring she gave to us. She came prepared; she did her research, explained the local market, and all costs associated with selling our home. This information helped us determine a fair market value.
