Not only did Paula manage to win us our dream home (even with competing offers and the avoidance of a bidding war) she saved our deal from falling through twice from what I can only describe as negligence from our lender. She intervened, appropriate pushed, escalated, and helped fixed issues that were totally outside her job description. I firmly believe Paula's reputation in the industry and her incredible relationship management skills got us our house. I wholeheartedly recommend her to others; she's helped me and 4 other friends and family buy and sale their homes this year alone. Don't trust your part time realtor/uber driver/bartender cousin's best friend's uncle to manage the largest and most complicated transaction of your life. You HAVE to get a seasoned agent that can hold their own and be your advocate. You HAVE to get Paula!

Paula is purely AMAZING!! My family and I love her so much! In the past 7 years, Paula has helped us purchase two homes and sell one and there just wouldn’t be any other realtor that I would go to and she compares to no one!! She has so much experience and expertise in what she does and she has all the rights to be confident in her work because she keeps her word!! She told me she could sell my home fast. And hey it sold in just 3 days! 2 out of 3 potential buyers that came to see the home made an offer in less than ONE week! This woman works! She will send anyone to your home to make it absolutely spectacular for a sell. She has done so much for me and my family! She looks out for us and stands behind us always and does what she can to make us happy with our purchase! We had a slightly tough fight for our new home with other offers but it wasn’t tough enough for Paula! We won at the end because of her knowledge and her plan. She does everything in fairness and she works so hard in the background that it looks so blissfully sweet on our side.
