To describe Bob Hamrick, people often use the following three words: Integrity. Charisma. Leadership. As Chairman and CEO of Coldwell Banker Premier Realty (CBPR), he brings these terms to life every day, leading one of the top producing real estate offices in the U.S. In addition, he has become a spokesperson for the ever-changing real estate market in Las Vegas, often quoted in The Wall Street Journal, USA Today and countless other publications.
Bob started earning his stripes as a real estate leader in Southern Nevada at the tender age of 17. He then helped grow a 50-person office to 100 sales associates while maintaining multi-million dollar personal sales, all before his 21st birthday. He repeated his leadership accomplishments at another office in 1988, and then CBPR hired him in February of 1995 as Managing Broker of an office that soon became recognized as the "most improved office" for the entire Western Region, which encompasses more than 500 offices.
Bob and his wife Molly acquired CBPR in 1998. Their understanding of real estate blended with foresight and the implementation of new technologies has been the driving force behind building their brokerage, delivering exceptional client service and earning them a spot as one of the top ranked Coldwell Bankers in the nation. Staying on top of what the U.S. Census Bureau calls the "fastest growing and changing residential market in the nation" has been the name of the game for CBPR. On Bob's watch, the company's three Southern Nevada offices have carved out regular spots on Coldwell Banker's top 100 producing offices list, one that encompasses nearly 2,700 offices nationwide.
Bob is a leader in all senses of the word, and believes that success is a dish best served to share. It's that kind of character that enables him to lead by example and create an environment in which his associates can cultivate their own talents and constantly out-produce offices many times their size.
Bob is no stranger to the spotlight. He has garnered many awards in the real estate arena and has earned a stellar reputation along the way. After what MGM-MIRAGE called "a nationwide and exhaustive search," Bob was chosen as CityCenter Realty Corporation's broker and senior vice president, leading the residential sales of one of the largest developments in history.
As the Chairman of the Nevada REALTORS® Political Action Committee, a Committee Bob has served on since 2014, he takes great pride in keeping current on real estate legislative matters. He is the past-Chairman for the Coldwell Banker Large Office Group, a committee of more than 20 of the top CB brokers nationwide. In the past, he has served as a director for the Las Vegas REALTORS®, in addition to serving on the Board of Directors for the National Association of REALTORS®. In 2002, In Business Las Vegas named him one of the most "Influential Businessmen in Southern Nevada," and ranked him in their "Top 40 Under 40" special report and recently Nevada REALTORS® presented Hamrick with the 2020 Nolan/Reiss Award recognizing him for his spirit, passion and professionalism in serving fellow REALTORS®.
Always giving back to the community, Bob and his wife operate philanthropic endeavors through their Hamrick Family Foundation and have contributed generously to the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation, Make a Wish, Women's Development Center the UNLV Community Foundation and Habitat for Humanity. CBPR has supported the Salvation Army, Safe Nest, Habitat for Humanity, Nevada Childhood Cancer Foundation and United Blood Services.
Bob's ability to communicate as an effective leader may stem from his upbringing. He was born in Casablanca, Morocco, and spent time in England, and then Georgia (US) before his widowed mother moved the family to Las Vegas when Bob was 17. Instilling in her children a positive attitude and charisma, Bob's mother helped lay the foundation for his success.
Hamrick enjoys golfing, gardening, traveling and the mountains. He and his wife Molly have three daughters (Katelyn Quinn and twins Kara Quinn and Kelsey Quinn) and live in the Summerlin community of Las Vegas.
