Growth Through Visa Program: CBPR’s Strategic Services Division also connects qualified developments to EB-5 resources including regional centers, legal and direct brokerage connections to Asia. We have also sourced developments for the EB-5 program. The EB-5 visa program was created through the Immigration Act of 1990. This visa program provides a method for foreign nationals who invest money in the U.S. to obtain a green card. USCIS administers the Immigrant Investor Program to stimulate the U.S. economy through job creation and capital investment by foreign investors. Under the program first enacted in 1992 and regularly reauthorized since then, certain EB-5 visas are set aside each year for investors in qualifying projects through Regional Centers designated by USCIS. The program requires immigrant investors to make an at-risk investment that creates no fewer than 10 American jobs in order to create more job opportunities in the U.S. While all EB-5 investments are at-risk, PCEG concentrates on providing investment opportunities that have both a high likelihood of returning the original investment upon citizenship as well as investments that can grow in value.
