Belinda went above and beyond in our home purchase to insure things went smoothly! The home we were buying was a probate situation with one of the co-executors living in Japan. Belinda did all the research to find out exactly where and when the co-executor could go to the US Consulate to get the paperwork notarized and back in a timely manner. She even found the nearest Fed-Ex location down the street from the Consulate. Our deal was even more complicated as we live on the east coast. Belinda met the home & roof inspectors and provided pictures and a video of the inspection. It was as close to being there as we could get! With probate & Japan, this deal was a learning experience for everyone! I would highly recommend Belinda.
