Rheda was great during my home buying process! She could tell within a couple homes whether I liked a property or not ("No, she isn't liking this one...I can tell.") I lived out-of-state and she was responsive from the very beginning and kept me abreast of next steps. She also made sure I received documents I needed and followed up when I wasn't responding fast enough so we wouldn't lose momentum. I was selling in SoCal on my end and buying in Henderson, all when the COVID crisis and quarantine in CA first started, so it was crazy to say the least! Rheda also answered all my questions and researched anything she didn't know so I had answers before signing anything or accepting that I received documents sent. I highly recommend her to anyone seeking a new home.
