My name is Natalie Smalling and like many Vegas transplants, I grew up in southern California. As a new mother and an only child, I relocated to Las Vegas in 2000 to be closer to family. Over the past 20 years, I have grown to enjoy the lifestyle that Vegas has to offer at a much lower cost of living. In addition to great hiking at Mt. Charleston and Red Rock Canyon, we are still just a road trip away from the beaches and amusement parks in California as well as snow and skiing at Brian Head, Utah or the mountains of beautiful Zion.

What sets me apart from other real estate agents is my background in the legal profession. I have a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Government from the University of Redlands in southern California and a Juris Doctorate from the Washington College of Law at American University in Washington, DC. 

After working in the field of Family Law for nearly 20 years, and working with people going through one of the most unhappy experiences in their lives dealing with divorce and custody issues, I decided that I'd rather help people with one of the happiest experiences in life, which is home ownership.
