Gary was outstanding. He was there for us the entire time. He went out of way to assist us when needed. I would highly recommend Gary for your real estate needs. For example after we had moved and before closing, he patched a small hole in the wall so we could close on time. He also took in our trash cans and scheduled a plumber to do a few repairs. I was able to pay the plumber from across the country and get the work done prior to closing.

Working with Gary was amazing! As first time home buyers, my boyfriend and I were pretty new to the process and had lots of questions. But Gary was helpful every step of the way. He was especially helpful navigating the woes that come with being military, as my boyfriend and I are both active duty. Gary is a true gem in the real estate market! We had to purchase a house long distance (due to Covid) and Gary was extremely helpful and very responsive. He videotaped the homes that we were interested in so that we could see all of the details inside and out, and also the surrounding neighborhood-which is important since we couldn't be there in person. He did a great job, it made us feel like we were actually viewing the home with him. And with homes selling so quickly, Gary moved very fast to respond to our requests to look at homes, sometimes with just a few hours notice! He also responded very quickly to our texts, emails and phone calls, which is very important when trying to purchase a home during these competitive times! Gary helped us purchase the house we wanted by presenting our offer in a timely manner along with a nice letter to the sellers. Not only that, he helped us find good contractors to make a few changes that we needed in the home. Buying a home (especially long distance!) can be stressful, but Gary made it very easy and enjoyable with his knowledge and expertise, and on top of that, he's just a really nice guy with a great personality. We feel fortunate that Gary was our realtor and we highly recommend him!

Gary was outstanding!!! I was assigned to another realtor but she was able to show me around the weekend I was available. I called the company who assigned the realtor at 0830 on a Saturday and they reassigned me to Gary at 1000 and we were out looking for house a few hours later. We found a house in a few days for a really good deal! I couldn't have asked for a better realtor. He was absolutely amazing and I highly recommend him to anyone.

He gave me monthly updates as to whether there was any interest on the land, both positive and negative .He did several market analysis to make sure the listing was competitive and finally sold the land.
Gary went above and beyond when he volunteered to represent me in probate court and saved me from traveling 3000 miles to attend the proceedings in Nevada.He succeeded in moving the sale forward .

Gary was very professional and a pleasure to do business with. I have worked with 3 other realtors and was disappointed in all of them. When My family and I are ready to make another move Gary will be my 1st call. The sellers of our new home left it a complete mess and removed items from the house they were not supposed to Gary has not let up on perusing them to make things right, but in the mean time has took money out of his own wallet to offset some of the addition cost the seller left us with.

When we started our home buying search, we had no idea how difficult and stressful it would be to lock down a house in this hot Las Vegas market. Our agent, Gary Eglin, made a considerable effort to scour the market for homes in our parameters, contact selling agents, and submit our bids. After seeing over 20 homes and being outbid on 6 homes we really liked, Gary searched and found us the home we now love and enjoy. Home searching and buying was a nerve wracking experience, but at every upset and downturn, Gary would constantly search for the next home to bid on and follow up on everything every single day. My husband and I met Gary Egelin some years ago when looking for a new home to rent. Right off the bat Gary was very personable, had excellent communication skills, keeps you in the loop with everything and was very dedicated in helping us find a home to rent. Gary is very hard-working, patient and accommodating and after all his hard work searching for a rental for us my husband and I decided to stay at our current rental to save up and eventually buy a home of our own. Gary was very supportive, understanding and you never felt any pressure from him. Genuinely a very nice guy. Fast-forward to now my husband and I decided to finally buy a home of our own. We didn't even think or hesitate as to who we wanted our real estate agent to be and it was Gary! We knew if it would be making a big important life decision Gary is the guy we trust to help us, we were ecstatic to get a hold of him. I can tell you Gary has made our first time home buying experience smooth sailing from beginning to the end. From the time we first met again, nothing has changed. Same great friendly personality, really dedicated in helping us find our home. Gary has answered all our questions and concerns and has made us feel at ease. He's very passionate and takes pride in what he does and it shines. I was going through a tough time. I lost my husband and Gary was very helpful and Explaining to me and how things work. I told him needed to sell it because I didn't want to live they anymore. He sold my house in two week and that was amazing took lot of pressure off me. I had 25 or 30 agent call me or stop by I pick him because he listen what I wanted out my house. He always kept me informed and updated what was going on. He was there for the appraisal and had me write a list what I had in the property and they give the appraisal we wanted. I was very happy about that. He did a great job.
