I’ve used David several times to buy and sell homes. He’s thorough in analyzing the market and develop various plans to accomplish the sale as quickly as possible. This sale was more complicated than most as it caused 25+ buyers to make offers, even though they never saw the house. David had to weed through the offers to pick one that would most likely be successful. And, it was!

David was referred to me by a family member who had also used David. I was not disappointed. David was up front and very honest from Day 1 about how the process would likely play out, what our potential strategy might look like, etc. He kept us informed on a regular basis as the closing process played out, and what the next steps were toward closing. David was extremely responsive to my texts when I had questions, which actually left me a bit surprised as I had no expectation of such quick turnarounds. He provided stellar customer service. I would honestly highly recommend David to anyone in need of a realtor.

So my girlfriend and I were looking to buy our first home in 2021 in the Henderson area and we had no idea how to start the process. We started out with another agent and had no luck at all. After 7 of our offers being rejected, we decided to switch agents to David through a mutual connection in our family. When we first called David for a consult, our morale was already low from the previous agent and in the hectic 2021 housing market, we were at that point where we were very doubtful that we would be able to find a home at all and were even considering apartments. However, in the initial intake meeting, David was very courteous, polite, and punctual. He was very clear in his approach and his plan of action for us and his reassurance and "guarantee" that he never goes over more than 3 offers before getting accepted is what sold us on hiring him as our agent and giving it one last shot to buy a home. Within 24 hours, David had lined up a full list and map of qualifying homes that fit our desired criteria: location, square footage, # of rooms, etc. Immediately we could tell that David knew what he was talking about and had the experience to get us moving right away. We had a tight timeline to work with as well and told David we only had about less than 30 days to find a home. He said no problem and went to work right away. Within 1 week, we put in an offer to a 4 bedroom home in the Green Valley area: perfect location, met all of our criteria, and was also highly desired. David helped advise us on a competitive offer for the home, compiled a comprehensive offer package, including a letter to the owner, and other contingencies to help us stand out amongst 10 other offers. In the end, within a few days, David kept his promise and with one offer, we were able to get a house! David's hard work and diligence did not stop there as he helped us throughout the whole escrow process, advising us on the home inspection, loan officer, and even helping negotiate the owner of the home to pay for repairs to the home that saved us a bunch of money in the end and in closing costs. We just closed on the home at the beginning of June and up to now, David is even helping us out with his network of contractors to start other projects on our new home. Above all else, David made us feel that our struggles, were his struggles, which is hard to find in an agent; an agent that wants to secure a home as desperately as you do and also treats you with the care throughout the whole process as if you were family. David would text and update us night and day, weekends, holidays, just to make sure all of our questions and concerns were immediately addressed from beginning to closing, and beyond. Without David's guidance, expertise, care, and attention to detail, I can honestly and truthfully say we would be living in a one bedroom apartment right now instead of a 4 bed & 3.5 bath home in Green Valley. My girlfriend and I are beyond happy with David's work product. David helped make a difference in finding our dream home and I would recommend him to the full extent to anyone looking for their next home in Clark County. David was absolutely wonderful and he will work just as hard for you as he did for us, I can guarantee you that!
