Debbie and Mel are true professionals! We cannot thank Team Hallerman enough. They sold three of our properties, two in Henderson and one in Las Vegas when we had already moved out of state. We got help with all and every aspect of the sale process. Debbie was always reachable via text or phone and has a great network of professionals who respect her very much and do a fabulous job. Mel is very thorough with price analytics, has deep understanding of appraisal process and excellent negotiating skills critical for all the steps that come after house is under contract such as inspection report repairs, appraisal, following up on buyer's lender or working with buyer's agent for timely closing. He has a humble but no-nonsense personality that I am sure helps with negotiations. Ask him about the Gorilla story lol!
Debbie is amazing with comparing competition, upfront with all repairs needed and does not insist on any work until she is completely convinced it is critical for the sale. She went above and beyond, selecting paint colors, getting neighbors signatures for HOA approvals, working with carpet and flooring company who gave us terrific price and install time because of her network. She had recommendations for pool service, handyman, landscaper, inspections, window cleaners, you name it and kept us constantly updated with text messages and pics. She would have the service provider come back and redo if it is not to her satisfaction. All her hard work is geared to make the sale as smooth as possible where the house shows well and there are no issues after it is under contract. The Vegas home was taking longer but Team Hallerman were very confident based on the showings and pricing which helped calm my nerves as well. As soon as the right buyer came along, the sale proceeded without a hitch and closed almost two weeks sooner than the Closing date! I highly recommend Debbie and Mel because of their expertise, local knowledge, easy communication, setting the right expectations and delivering on them. Thank you very much!

This is the BEST team you could ever find. They sold me my house and when it was time to sell, I thought of them immediately. They did not disappoint! House sold on the 3rd day on the market for the full price. They walked me through ALL the details and made it all so easy! I have left Nevada and I will miss the wonderful Hallerman Team!

I really enjoyed working with Mel and Debbie Hallerman in selling my home in Henderson NV. Right from the beginning they were patient, kind and knowledgeable. Each step in the process of selling my house was made easier by their experience and expert advice. They always did what they said they were going to do and followed up in a timely matter that made the sale of my house a smooth transaction. The combination of Debbie's eye for detail in staging and marketing my house along with Mel's extensive knowledge of contracts and technology make them an invaluable team. I would highly recommend them for buying or selling any home. 5 stars across the board for these two!!
