Jackson and his family once rented and lived in the 16,461-square-foot house that sold on Tuesday. It was the largest home sold in Las Vegas in more than a year, said spokeswoman Lenora Kaplan.
The offer was made on Friday, and Carolyn Mullany from Coldwell Banker Premier Realty closed and recorded the property on Tuesday, Kaplan said.
The seven-bedroom, three-office home features a family-style theater room, orchestra loft, elevator and a fitness room with a dance floor and sauna. It also has an attached two-bedroom, one-bathroom apartment for an au pair.
The estate sits on an acre of land with tennis and basketball courts and is privately gated with 8-foot walls surrounding the property.
The 2,000-square-foot master bedroom has a covered patio and a secret exit to a rooftop deck for sun bathing.
