My Schedule is as follows (Mon - Fri):
- 8:00 - 8:30; Proofing, fax, copy and file
- 8:30 - 9-00; Preparation for todays marketing plan
- 9:00 - 11:00; Actively finding buyers for my sellers, and sellers for my buyers!!!
- 11:00 - 12:00; Reviewing "current" market data and/or researching "accurate" property values to get you what you want in the time you want
- 12:00 - 1:00; Trying to fit lunch in with my loving and supportive wife
- 1:00 - 1:30; Mentoring and being Mentored...if you don't learn something new EVERYDAY you can't teach, if you can't teach you're not current
- 1:30 - 2:30; Returning your calls, emails and correspondence
- After 2:30; Conducting open houses, previewing property for my buyers and interviewing with sellers for my services
I post my schedule so that you, my client, can hold me accountable for the highest level of service as promised. Your overwhelming satisfaction is my goal, and your referral for future business is the gauge of this success.
